I tried as many of these payment options as possible when creating this RokuBet review and I have a few comments.
First off, I have to commend RokuBet for the amazing variety of withdrawal options they have, especially the local Indian payment methods they have. This is honestly a bigger selection than a lot of the best betting sites like Pure Win have on offer.
However, there are a few noticeable options missing here like MuchBetter and GooglePay. The same ones were missing from Bettilt too – so perhaps they will be included in the future.
Secondly, while the withdrawal times a better here than on some sites, I feel that waiting 2 days for your withdrawals can be pretty slow, especially when there are a lot of instant withdrawal betting sites available in India at the moment. Sports betting sites like Parimatch have much faster withdrawal options available.
It’s also worth mentioning that withdrawals are not processed on the weekends so make sure you plan ahead if you want to use your winnings for a few cold beers on a Saturday!
Overall though, I was very pleased with the variety and the time it takes for withdrawals – especially when you consider that RokuBet is a new sports betting website.

While creating this RokuBet review, I did not find any mention of a loyalty programme on the website – unfortunately, the customer support live chat function was not available so I wasn’t able to reach out and ask about it either.

I found the promotions at RokuBet to be ok – honestly, they are catered more towards the online casino games than the sportsbook so I was a little bit disappointed here. However, they do have a weekly sports deposit bonus that you can claim every Friday.
It’s ok, but I do feel like they need to give the sports promotions some more love – there’s no way they will ever be able to compete with the likes of Betway unless they put the effort in here.

The RokBet mobile app can be downloaded straight from the website. You’ll find the big green banner as soon as you load the website prompting you to install it so you won’t have to look far to find it.
The free mobile app – which is available on both android and iOS devices – is super intuitive and easy to use. I did however have a little trouble downloading it when using certain mobile browsers so if you are having issues with one, try using a different one.
The RokuBet app has everything you would expect a sportsbook and casino games app to have – there’s nothing more really to say about it!
Of course, if like me you prefer to use the mobile version of the website, you still can as it’s not that much different from the app and you can save space on your mobile.
Sports betting at RokuBet
A big part of making this RokuBet review involved online betting on the various sports available to Indian players. There was a decent selection of sports and esports to bet on in the RokuBet sportsbook – I counted about 40 different options.
This is pretty standard for a betting site so I don’t have a whole lot else to say about this. There are a couple of cool features that I found very unique to RokuBet’s sportsbook. For example, they have a calendar of events that lists everything that’s happening during that day. This is pretty nifty if you’re looking to bet on multiple games.
There’s also a “Bets Feed” section where you can see what other players have been betting on – with the option to copy these bets and place them for yourself too. I really enjoyed this Bets Feed feature as I ended up placing some live bets on sports I wouldn’t usually bet on.
Minimum and maximum betting amount
There doesn’t seem to be a minimum wager amount at RobuBet’s betting site. I place a bet of ₹1 and it was accepted. I really like that they didn’t put a minimum amount as it encourages new players to test the waters with certain bets.
As far as I could see there was no maximum either – although I certainly didn’t have enough cash in my account to test this out!
Cricket Betting
Obviously, the most important thing at any of the betting sites in India is the online cricket betting available and the odds on the winner market.
I must say, for a new betting site in India, I was extremely impressed. You will find solid odds here that are on par or even better than many of the leading cricket betting websites like 10CRIC.
The betting markets available for cricket are a little bit limited, but they do have most of the main markets you need like match winner. I was very disappointed to see that they don’t have toss-winner bets though – they really need to sort this out!
I will forgive them though because they have put in a lot of work to get really competitive winner market odds on cricket games.
Live betting feature
The Live betting feature at RokuBet is decent but I do feel it needs some more work if it’s to compete with the top guns like Parimatch. There are a number of reasons why I think this.
First, the live betting odds and markets are very limited – they don’t give you much choice once the game begins. I was testing this out on the Zimbabwe vs India 3rd ODI and after the break, there were only 9 markets to bet on.
I was also a little disappointed to see that there was no historical data available for the two teams.
Finally, while they do have a live streaming service – and a very decent one at that – it’s only available after you make a deposit. While this is still a lot fairer than other websites that impose a minimum deposit amount before you can see the live stream, it’s still better on other sites like Bettilt where you only need to have an account to view the live stream.

Honestly, I do not rate the customer support channels at RokuBet. I checked on a number of days and the live chat was unavailable. In this instance, your queries are redirected to the support email address.
I was still waiting an extremely long time before I heard anything back. Many other sites will get back to you almost instantly so it’s a little bit of a pain when you have to wait hours to get answers to your questions. Of course, RokuBet is a new website so I’m sure they will improve on this as time goes by.
